Questions
Can it track phones by IMEI?
Yes. Each phone is stocked with its IMEI (and a second IMEI for dual SIM), sold by IMEI, and kept in the history. It also warns when an IMEI was typed wrong.
How do I record a used phone I buy from a customer?
Enter the IMEI, the price you paid and the seller's name, mobile and NID, and add a photo of the NID card. The phone goes into stock and you print a slip for the seller to sign. If a phone is ever reported stolen, the slip is there.
Can I sell a phone I brought from another shop?
Yes. Sell it from the Other shops page: you enter what you owe that shop and what the customer pays, and your profit shows before you save. The other shop stays under what you owe until you pay them.
Can my staff see my buying prices and profit?
No. Each staff member gets their own login and sees selling prices and stock only. Cost and profit are for the owner.
Does it work when the internet goes off?
Yes. Selling keeps working from the stock it last saw. Sales wait on the phone and send themselves when the internet is back.
